Double Vie is a pale ale made with unsold bread 🥖 ABV 4.5%.

This is our most local beer yet: part of the malted barley is replaced with unsold bread from a local bakery and the hops come from a new producer in the Lot et Garonne (about 100 km away).

This reduces our carbon footprint in two ways:

• less road transport, for the local ingredients
• less waste, since we are giving a second life to unsold bread.
